The Pitch:

Csirac finds himself at the mercy of the Predacons - kidnapped to serve their efforts in winning the War and claiming Cybertron for their own. Can he find a way to thwart them from within? Can he overcome tragedy and find peace, not only for himself, but also for Cybertron?

Background:

Csirac is one of the new breed of Autobot - a Maximal.

He is currently working on a technology that is hoped will bring an end to the War - TransWarp Technology, the ability to traverse Time itself.

Considered the ultimate deterrent by those striving to master the technology, it's hoped that it will leave the Predacon Leader, Razorclaw, with no choice but to surrender, or face Temporal Annihilation.

In a secret Autobot facility, Csirac and a small group of scientists and engineers toil long hours in the pursuit of a breakthrough.

The only previous test of the technology ended in disaster. The Test Ship, the Lexor, was destroyed in an immense explosion that lit up the sky above Cybertron. Its pilot, a very close friend of Csirac, was consumed in the blast. Csirac now works relentlessly to make sure her sacrifice was not in vain.

After Megatron's death during the combined assault on the Hub, the Decepticons soon folded. So with the Decepticons now gone, the Autobots and Maximals face off against Razorclaw and his Predacons in a battle for Cybertron, the future, and peace.

The TransWarp story is an attempt to create greater links between Generation One and the Cybertronian culture we find 300 years later, during the time of the Beast Wars.

The emergence of the Predacons, the creation of the Maximals and their Proto-Matter bodies, as well as just how the Great War ended - all unanswered, until now!

Sit back, hold on to your hats, and enjoy - TransWarp Csirac!

The comic is written in Full Script, in the hope that with the partnership and collaboration of some talented artists, the story might one day be adapted into a 4 issue comic book series.

You could either give more information on the nature of this TransWarp technology and how it affects the strategic situation (I suppose it's a mean of faster transportation, so it could be used for a sneak attack?).
Or, as the bits of tragedy and cost imply, this could be a very character-driven story, so more on the protagonist's loss: who was lost, what relationship did they have... It's the basis for the conflict, so it should be named. Furthermore, does Csirac have any previous story with any of the Predacons? Not necessarily with the leader himself, but with some underlings? Rivels, mortal enemies, former lovers?
As it's TF fiction, you could also mention where it fits into the bigger picture. Which unresolved plotlines does it tie into? How does it deliver explanations for official developments? Which gaps does it fill?
Also, I think that the superlatives battle for Cybertron, the future, and peace don't seem very special: isn't most of TF fiction about the very same topics? So the character-driven aspect seems more like a sales argument.
In the end, I wouldn't fear naming the facts: more interesting is not what, but how it's told.
